Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs w/ a Stick Fire! (Peach or Apple wood)

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of pork ribs

How to make it:

  1. Wash and clean the ribs then remove the clear membrane on the back side of the rack
  2. Apply a binder such as mustard and  your favorite seasoning on both sides of the rack
  3. Wrap your racks individually with aluminum foil
  4. Place in the refrigerator over night
  5. Bring your smoker up to 220 degrees and place the racks in the smoker for 2 hours
  6. Open the smoker remove the foil from the racks and cook for another 1 1/2 hours
  7. Open the smoker and baste the ribs with your favorite sauce and cook for 30 minutes
  8. Remove the ribs and let them cool down prior to serving for about 20 minutes
