Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning

For cooking all meat products, simply shake it on the meat prior to or during preparation. For unbelievably good steaks, rub Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning generously into the meat, refrigerate 12 hours, then grill or roast as usual. For all large, thick cuts of meat marinate as above at least 12 hours before cooking. For chicken, fish, eggs, vegetables and stews, just season to taste. ENJOY!
